Project Overview:
CoStar is the world’s leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and news, with its marketing website attracting up to 15,800 visitors a day*. A few years ago, CoStar’s brand identity needed a refresh, and the website required a full redesign. At the same time, we migrated to a new Drupal-based content management system called Site Studio.
I led the early design direction and introduced the foundational design elements that shaped the new brand identity. Working closely with the marketing team, I helped modernise layouts, improve how product content was showcased, and enhance the overall information architecture. Once the design direction was established, I built the UK-facing website, translating the new designs into a clean, responsive, and more engaging experience.
As part of the migration, I also helped create a marketer-friendly component library in Site Studio, enabling non-technical teams to update content easily without relying on developers.
